The articles in this webshop are sold by Fashion Trade Scandinavia Oy (VAT ID 2325871-7). The prices included VAT. We reserve the rights of change the prices of the products and/or shipping costs.

Placing an order

The articles can be ordered via Internet with your PC, laptop or mobile device from this address Right after placing the order you will receive a confirmation to your email. The customer agrees the valid terms and conditions when placing the order. 

Payment methods

Orders can be paid via credit card (Visa, VisaElectron, Mastercard) Paypal or Finnish online bank. In Finland you can also choose payment method Klarna or Cash on Delivery when the whole order will be paid in the post office while picking up the shipment.

Online banks

Orders will be shipped out every weekday. Once your order has been sent, the delivery time in Finland is 1-3 days. The delivery time to Sweden is 2-5 weekdays, and the delivery time for the rest of EU and Norway is 3-7 weekdays. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by the transport company.

If you are not able to pick up your order on time, contact the carrier service you have chosen for your order to see if they can extend the pick-up time. For orders in Finland made with Posti, the pick up time is one week and can be extended here: 

With orders in Finland made with Matkahuolto, the pick-up time is two weeks and can not be extended.


Orders can be returned within 14 days from the day the shipment was received. The Right of Return applies unused, merchantable products in original packages only. Product labels have to be attached on products. Removing the product label is the decision of buying the product. Used, damaged or dirty products won't be  replaced or reimbursed. If you notice any damage on the product caused by transportation, please inform us immediately. Please note when try on the products that there won't stick any smells or stains on the product. If there's perfume, other smells or stains on the product it won't be replaced or reimbursed. Used products won't be replaced or reimbursed. Underwear can not be returned if the original package has been opened. When returning the products please add the return form filled with care in the shipment.

When returning within the Finnish borders, please use the address label in the shipment for returns with Posti or the return code: 9520717 with returns with Matkahuolto. Other methods of return won't be reimbursed. Be sure to save the receipt you get when making the return, it is proof that the return has been made. When the shipment of return is received and agreed the money will be returned to your bank account or your Klarna account will be reimbursed depending which payment method was used when placing the order. 

If you are returning from Sweden, use the address label that came with the order. If it is missing, please contact the Customer Service. Be sure to save the receipt you get when making the return, it is proof that the return has been made.

If you are returning from outside of Finland and Sweden, the return is completely on the customers responsibility. Be sure to save the receipt you get when making the return, it is proof that the return has been made.

If the returned products are not in the same condition as they were when we sent them, the customer will not be reimbursed for that product. If the customer wants the product back, the customer has to pay the costs caused by transportation.
