Returns

Returns within Finland:

Returning normal priced products is free of charge, but when returning SALE-products we add a 3,95€ transport fee. If you chose Klarna as your payment method, 3,95€ will be added to your invoice when returning a SALE-product. If you paid with any other method, 3,95€ will be deducted from the total amount we reimburse you with.

The amount of 3,95€ is not added if you order normal priced products and use a campaign code.

If you are returning products, and your payment method is Klarna, we recommend you to inform Klarna that you are making a return so that no reminder fees get added to your invoice. You can easily move your date of payment by logging in on your account on Klarna.com or call them on 0942599771. 

Free shipping is possible when ordering products over the total value of 59€ and the chosen carrier is Matkahuolto. If the total value of the products is under 59€ after making a return, a 3,95€ shipping fee is added. When ordering with Posti as the carrier service, the shipping fee is always 3,95€. 

The customer has a 14 day right of return, which means you have 14 days to decide whether to keep the product or not. The 14 day right of return starts from the day you pick up your order from Posti/Matkahuolto. 

You can only return products that has not been worn (it is of course OK to try on the products). The returning product should be in original condition and any labels and/or pricetags has to be in place. To remove a pricetag is a decision to buy the product and it can not be returned. We do not reimburse used or destroyed products. Incase you suspect that you have received a faulty product, or that something might have happened to the product when it was being transported, please be in conact with our Customer Service at once. 

If you want to return underwear and/or cosmetics, they have to still be in the unopened see-through bag that they came in. When returning shoes, the shoe box has to come back too, in the same condition as it was when it arrived to you.

When you are making the return, put the item/items in the same bag/box it/they came in, or in any other bag/box, as long as it can survive the transportation. If you orderd through Posti, use the address label meant for a customer return. If you ordered through Matkahuolto, use the return code: 9520717 at the Matkahuolto service point. Remember to save the receipt you get from the service point, where your returns tracking number is, until you have gotten an email from us saying that your return has been processed and paid. This receipt is also proof that the return has been made.

If you return an order made with a gift card, we will reimburse you to your account on House of Brandon with bonuses. If you do not have an account, you will get a gift card code that resembles the amount you did not use.

Your return will be processed within 16 days from the day we received your return to our storage. 

 

Returning from Sweden: 

Contact us at info@houseofbrandon.com if you want to make a return from Sweden, and we will order a return label from Posti to you.

The return is completely on the customers responsibility.
