The articles on this website are sold by Fashion Trade Scandinavia Oy (VAT ID 2325871-7). The prices included VAT. We reserve the rights to change the prices of the products and/or shipping costs.
Placing an order
Our products can be ordered via Internet with your PC, laptop or mobile device from this address www.houseofbrandon.com. Right after placing the order you will receive a confirmation to your email. When your order is sent from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation of delivery to your e-mail. The customer agrees the valid terms and conditions when placing the order.
Making an exchange
Contact us via e-mail at email@example.com if you want to make an exchange. Tell us what product you are returning and what you would like to change to, and to what size. The first exchange is free. The second exchange or return cost 3,95€.
Orders can be paid via credit card (Visa, VisaElectron, Mastercard) Paypal, Mobile Pay or Finnish online bank. In Finland and Sweden you can also pay via Klarna. In Finland you can also choose the payment method Cash on Delivery, when the whole order will be paid in the post office when picking up the order.
Paytrail Oyj (VAT ID 2122839-7) in associations with Finnish banks and credit institutions is taking care of the online payments.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse every weekday. Once your order has been sent, the delivery time in Finland is 1-3 days. The delivery time to Sweden is 2-5 weekdays, and the delivery time for the rest of EU is 3-7 weekdays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If you are not able to pick up your order on time, contact the carrier service you have chosen for your order to see if they can extend the pick-up time. For orders in Finland made with Posti, the pick up time is one week and can be extended here: www.posti.fi/palvelumuutos
With orders in Finland made with Matkahuolto, the pick-up time is two weeks and can not be extended.
The right of return is 14 days, that starts from the day that you picked up your order. The Right of Return applies unused products. Product labels have to be attached to the products. Removing the product label is a decision to buy the product. Used, damaged or dirty products won't be replaced or reimbursed. If you notice any damage on the product caused by transportation, please inform us about this immediately. If there's perfume, other smells or stains on the product it won't be replaced or reimbursed. Underwear can not be returned if the original package has been opened. When returning the products please add the return form filled with care in the shipment. If the products are not in original condition, we can't accept the return. We will then be in contact with the customer. If the customer wants the products back, the customer has to pay the transportation fees.
Your return is processed 16 days after we received it to our warehouse. You will receive an e-mail when your return has been processed.
In Finland: If you have chosen the payment method Klarna, the return fee is 4,95€. For all other payment methods the return fee is 3,95€. You can use the same plastic bag/carton you received your order in for the return. Put the return sheet inside the package, or a piece of paper with your name and contact information on, so we know whose return it is.
If Posti delivered your order, you should leave the return at Posti. Take off the old address label and put on the return address label that came with your order. Remember to save the receipt you get when you leave your return at Posti, until you have been informed by us that your return has been processed!
If Matkahuolto delivered your order, you should leave the return at Matkahuolto. Take off the old address label, and return the package to Matkahuolto using the return code written on the return sheet. Remember to save the receipt you get when you leave your return at Matkahuolto, until you have been informed by us that your return has been processed!
In Sweden: The return fee is 5,95€. You can use the same plastic bag/carton you received your order in for the return. Put the return sheet inside the package, or a piece of paper with your name and contact information on, so we know whose return it is. Take off the old address label and put on the return address label that came with your order. Leave the return at the same place from where you picked it up.
Remember to save the receipt you get when the return has been left, until you have been informed by us that your return has been processed! This receipt is proof that the return has been made.
In Europe, Norway and Russia: The return fee is 9,95€. The return is completely on the customers responsibility.

If you used a gift card on the order you are returning
If you are a member and have an account to House of Brandon, we will pay the refund to your account. If you do not have an account, we will send a new gift card code to your e-mail with the sum that remained after your return.
You collect bonuses if you make orders while logged in to your House of Brandon -account. For orders over 300€ you get 5% bonus of the sum of your order, to your account. For orders under 300€ you get 3% bonus of the sum of your order to your account. Your bonus money will be available for you to spend 35 days after your order was made. We are not able to add bonuses to your account after an order has been made, incase you forget to log in to your account.
To cancel an order
We can cancel an order if we have not already started processing it. To not pick up an order when it is at the pick-up point is not to cancel it. If an order returns to us because the customer did not pick it up, we will charge the customer 14,95€ to cover the transportation and processing fees.
Conditions for campaigns and discount codes
Campaigns and discount code does not affect the brands Tommy Jeans, DR.DENIM and AIM'N, neither products on sale or gift cards. The conditions can vary for different discount codes and campaigns.
Only one campaign code/discount code can be used per order. We do not compensate discounts after the order has been made. Always take into account an ongoing campaigns conditions.
