1. Online store

The articles on this online store are sold by Fashion Trade Scandinavia Oy (VAT ID 2325871-7). The prices included VAT. We reserve the rights to change the prices of the products and/or shipping costs.


2. Order

Orders are shipped from our warehouse every weekday. The delivery time is 1-3 weekdays. You will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way when it leaves our warehouse. If your carrier is Matkahuolto the transportation fee is 3,99€ for orders under 99€ (for over it's free). If you have chosen Posti as your carrier, the transportation fee is always 3,99€.


3. Exchange

Contact us via e-mail at info@houseofbrandon.com if you want to make an exchange. Tell us what product you are returning and what you would like to change to, and to what size. We will send you the new product when you have informed us that the return has been left at the carrier. The first exchange is free. The second exchange cost 3,99€. If you are wondering about what size will fit you, our customer service is happy to help you!


4. Returning

The customer has a 14 day right of return.

The right of return starts from the day that you picked up your order. The right of return only applies to products that are unworn and marketable. You can try on the product at home, but when returning the product, labels must still be attached. Taking off labels is a decision to buy and keep the product. Worn, dirty (makeup, fake tan etc.) or damaged products will not be reimbursed. If you notice any damages on the product that could have come from the transportation, be in contact with our customer service at once.

Underwear, cosmetics and facemasks have to be returned in an unopened bag. If you have tried on these kind of products they can not be returned. When returning shoes, the shoe box has to come back too, in the same condition as it was when it came to you.

If a returned product is deemed non-marketable and is returned back to the customer, the transportation fees are paid by the customer.


4.1. How to return

If your'e not happy with the products you have ordered, you can make a return. Declare your return by logging in to your account on www.houseofbrandon.com

If you do not have a House of Brandon -account you can declare your order using your e-mail and order number.

When you have declared your order, take your well packed return to Posti or Matkahuolto:

  • Return via Posti: use the return label that came with your order and and take your return to Posti
  • Return via Matkahuolto: tell the return code 9520717 to the person working at the Matkahuolto service point

Remember to save the receipt you get when leaving your return at a service point, until you have been informed by us that your return has been processed.


4.2. The processing of the return

A return is processed, and reimbursed, 16 days after we received it to our warehouse. You will receive an email when your return has been processed.

If you are returning from an order paid via Klarna, be sure to inform Klarna about your return, so they can freeze your invoice.

If your payment methode is House of Brandon invoice or installment, log in to your account on Avarda here to see the new sum of your invoice/installment.

4.3. Return fees

These are the fees we charge for returns:

  • Internet bank, credit card or PayPal - 3,99€
  • House of Brandon invoice - 3,99€
  • Klarna - 4,99€
  • Returning from Sweden - 5,99€
  • Returning from outside of Finland and Sweden - 9,99€

The limit for free transportation on your order is 99€, when you have chosen Matkahuolto as the carrier. If the value of the order is below 99€ after you have made a return, a transportation fee of 3,99€ will be added to your order. When choosing Posti as the carrier the transportation fee is always 3,99€ no matter the value of your order.

4.4. The order has not been collected

If you are not able to pick up your order, you can write a power of attorney to a person you trust who can pick up your order. You can also buy more storage time from Posti https://www.posti.fi/fi/asiakastuki/asiakastuki-lahetys-matkalla/haluan-muuttaa-jo-lahetetyn-lahetyksen-tietoja

Not collecting the order is not to cancel the order. We charge 14,99€ for orders that are not picked up, unless there is an agreement with the customer service.

4.5. Returning an order made with a gift card

If you return an order made with a gift card, we will pay the refund to your House of Brandon account. If you do not have an account, we will send a new gift card code to your email with the sum that remained after your return. You can use the code on a future order.

5. Terms and conditions for campaigns and discount codes

Campaigns and discount code does not affect the brands Tommy Jeans, DR.DENIM and AIM'N, neither products on sale or gift cards. The conditions can vary for different discount codes and campaigns.

Only one campaign code/discount code can be used per order. We do not compensate discounts after the order has been made. Always take into account an ongoing campaigns conditions.


6. Payment methodes

You can pay your order with one of these payment methodes:

  • House of Brandon invoice or account, in collaboration with Avarda
  • Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard
  • Visa Electron
  • Via internet bank or with online banking codes
  • Invoice or installment via Klarna
  • PayPal


Paying with a card

You can pay your order with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard -cards. You can use Visa Electron and Debit -cards if the online bank payment function is active.

No matter how you pay your order, it is always safe to go through with the payment. Our online store uses Verified by Visa ja MasterCard SecureCode to authenticate internet purchases, which confirms the cardholders identity. Our company does not have access to the cards or payments information, neither are they saved in our system. Depending on what bank you have, it might be that you have to confirm your payment with online banking codes. We ask that you are in contact with your bank if there are any problems.

The payment transaction via online banking is done by Paytrail Oy (2122839-7) in partnership with the Finnish banks and credit companies. Paytrail Oyj is seen as the receiver of the payment and they will convey the payment to the merchant.


Paying via online bank

When you pay your order via online bank you will be directed to your own online bank to pay your order directly from your bank account. The payment transaction can be seen on your account.

Paytrail Oyj (VAT ID 2122839-7) in association with Finnish banks and credit institutions is taking care of the online payments.

Paytrail collects the IP-address, payment methode and date when the payment transaction is made.

Invoice

House of Brandon invoice - In cooperation with Avarda

Get a payment period of 30 days interest free. If you like, you can pay the minimum shown on the invoice - in this case you are changing your invoice to installment.


House of Brandon installment - In cooperation with Avarda

Get an invoice each month with the minimum you have to pay until the invoice is fully paid. You can pay off the whole invoice at any time. There is a monthly installment account fee of 2,95€ per month.

Klarna invoice

  • Payment period of 14 days
  • View your invoice here
  • You can pay your invoice in parts
  • Payment fee 4,99€

Klarna installment

  • Monthly minimum 5€ or at least 1/24 of the whole sum
  • Buy now, pay at the end of next month
  • You can pay the whole invoice at any time
  • All of your Klarna purchases combines to the same installment

When choosing the 3 or 6 month installment an opening fee of 4,99€ is charged. 3 month installment starting at 100€ has an opening fee of 4,99€ and a yearly interest rate at 14,99%. 6 month installment starting at 100€ has an opening fee of 4,99€ and a yearly interest rate at 14,99%.

At the moment when the customer is making an order Klarna will review the customers creditworthiness, which in some cases mean reviewing credit information.

Personal information is handled securely as per the personal data act.

Klarna customer service will assist you at this number 09- 425 99 771 weekdays 9am-6pm.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped from our warehouse every weekday. Once your order has been sent, the delivery time in Finland is 1-3 days. The delivery time to Sweden is 2-5 weekdays, and the delivery time for the rest of EU is 3-7 weekdays.

If you have ordered a small item we might ship it as a "pikkupaketti" - a package that is delivered home to your door! The order is delivered to a mailbox or a letterbox.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If you are not able to pick up your order on time, contact the carrier service you have chosen for your order to see if they can extend the pick-up time. For orders in Finland made with Posti, the pick up time is one week and can be extended here: www.posti.fi/palvelumuutos

With orders in Finland made with Matkahuolto, the pick-up time is two weeks and can not be extended.


When your order is sent from our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. The order can be tracked via Posti https://www.posti.fi/en/tracking#/?lang=en or Matkahuolto https://www.matkahuolto.fi/tracking?parcelNumber=

You will receive an message when your order is ready for pick-up. If you have chosen your order to be delivered to a parcel machine and it is full, your order will be redirected to the closest pick-up point. When picking up your order bring your tracking number and your ID.
Shipping fees are charged when the customer pays for the order.

8. Principles on sustainable development

All orders has a 14 day excange and return right, but we have noticed that some customers are taking advantage of the right of return and are going against our principles on sustainable development. Taking advantage of the right of return can be for example continuously ordering many products that are all or mostly returned.

If we have reason to believe, by the customers order history, that most of the products or the whole order will be returned, we will cancel the order by reference to our principles on sustainable development. We hope that you only order products that you need and have the intent of keeping. Big amounts of returns take up an unreasonable amount of resources and burdens the environment.

The customer receives an e-mail if an order is canceled, we do not charge any fees for this.

Again, we hope that you only order products that you like and need. We of course understand that the size might not always be right - that is why we offer a free first exchange for every order.

9. Orders made outside of Finland

When your order is sent from our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. Track your order here with your https://www.posti.fi/en/tracking#/?lang=en

When you are making a return, remember to save the receipt you get when the return has been left, until you have been informed by us that your return has been processed! This receipt is proof that the return has been made.
